Shipping Policy - The Basics 

Each product is carefully produced and professionally packaged to ensure it arrives without damage. Orders are processed within 5 business days, with shipping times varying based on destination and carrier.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by a third-party provider. While we take great care in packaging, Brilliant Metalworks LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

In the rare event your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product. We will work directly with the carrier to review the claim and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
