Refund Policy - The Basics
Each piece is made and prepared with care to meet a high standard of quality. Because of the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final except in specific circumstances outlined below.
All physical artwork and printed pieces are made to order. As such, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer preference.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued in the event of:

Verified damage during transit

Incorrect item received due to our error

Defects in production or print quality
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To review your claim, we require:

Clear photographs of the damaged item

Photos of the packaging materials

A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will coordinate with the shipping carrier and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched. However, we will assist in filing carrier claims where applicable.
Exchanges are not offered on custom or made-to-order items unless an error was made by Brilliant Metalworks LLC.
If a refund or replacement is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, depending on your payment provider.
